• I will treat all clients professionally and with equal respect regardless of their age, color, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, origin, pregnancy, race, relationship status, religion, or sexual preference.
• I will treat all information that is shared with me as private and confidential unless otherwise requested by the client or a court of law.
• I will work with the client to create a reading that gets to the heart of the matter.
• I will perform the reading in a non-judgmental manner and deliver the messages with compassion, empathy, honesty, openness and transparency.
• I will attempt to give the client the best advice, guidance and insight I can based on the reading. 
• I will not read while under the influence of alcohol or drugs nor will I knowingly read for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• I will not perform a reading on, for or about a third-party (someone not involved in the reading) to protect the privacy and rights of others.
• I will not perform a reading that predicts future events (including dates, names, places, births, deaths, lottery numbers, etc), gives the client a fixed outcome, nor takes away the client’s free will to make their own choices.
• I will not perform readings on topics for which I am not qualified (including financial, legal, medical, psychological, etc).
• I reserve the right to refuse any reading that does not adhere to my code of ethics.

Bookings require payment at the time of booking.  Once the payment is received, I will contact you to schedule the reading.  We will work together to find a time that is suitable for both parties.  There is no guarantee that a reading can be scheduled in any specific time frame.  Once your reading is scheduled, I will hold that space for you to the best of my ability and I ask that you do the same.

Scheduling a reading requires prep time and blocking off both of our calendars from other things.  I understand that schedules change and things come up.  If either party is unable to attend the scheduled reading time, they will notify the other party as soon as they are aware of the conflict. 

You may reschedule or cancel your reading up to 2 days before your scheduled reading.   

Requests to reschedule or cancel within 1 day before your scheduled reading will be charged the full amount.

Once the reading is complete, no refunds will be provided.

Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Any actions, choices or decisions made as a result of the reading are the sole responsibility of the client. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed. 

By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions hereby releasing The Subconscious River from any and all liability related to the reading.
